Thought it could last forever

It became one big catastrophe

When you and I met, I thought fate brought us together,

Friends forever, though you still couldn’t beat my best friend.

And fate did do that, but not for the reason I’d hoped.

You came shooting into my life like an astronomical star,

Falling down to earth,

And around you the world bowed down to your rein.

Not anymore.

You were sent to destroy my peace.

Late night at the astronomical observatory

Watching all of the planets orbiting all the stars

A bit closer to home, though it is still quite far

A large asteroid is drawing ever nearer

We panic over the incoming threat

But we cannot find a way to stop

This incoming catastrophe

“Go call your families”

We all go do just that

We are coming to

Our finale

Forever

Will end

When you say forever

It can be astronomical

You could be happier then ever

It can also be catastrophic

You could be left alone

So just be careful
