Compose a Tanaga on the theme of laughter.
A Tanaga is a form of Filipino poetry often compared to Haikus. Tanagas use 4 lines of 7 syllables each, and are often full of metaphors.
A chuckle a giggle
Throat high on drugs of glee
A contangious sound
Contaminates smiles
High on a drug of glee
See possibilities
Of happiness and joy
Of a life of laughter
Aw I love this. Yeah laughter is so therapeutic, especially the kind that makes you feel like you’re high on something lol. I love the times when I just feel happy for no reason. This was short but it made me smile, thank you🫶
Dude I was gone for a hour and you went from sad poem to jolly..? What happened.. are you okay… did someone kidnap you… maybe your in the eye of the storm (totally not using that reference because there was a big storm at the beach I’m at…)
