Today, I’ve woken up to,

The chance to try something new,

The heavens wished me luck,

When they left the sky blue.

Today, I am breathing with,

Clear air and not despair mists,

My heart aches but with no gloom,

Whispers for hope as flowers bloom.

Tonight’s moon will keep me up,

In my nook of thoughts, corrupt,

By her, every day and night,

My routine if things go right.

Today, I’ve woken up to,

Written words of “I love you”,

Imagining her in my arms,

And praying to my luck charms.

(I got my first ever gf yesterday so yippee!! :D

And I know the meter is broken occasionally but it’s fine)
