And started bending the clip

She made a spiral

And then…

Nyx dropped the paperclip

And the bubble popped

She fell...

Here I am yet again,

Trapped in this bubble of negativity.

The thoughts inside this bubble

Are enough to drive one insane,

Yet still I resist

The urge

To pop it

And fall to the ground

And die.

Until one comment says

Just do it, nobody cares about you,

There can be no one else in this bubble

It’s just you and you alone

You will never find someone for you

So now these thoughts

Puffing on his cigarette,

Praying for a home,

He's in debt,

He prays for money to come,

So he can buy drugs,

Drugs that make him go numb,

But the Lord understands him,

Only God knows where he’s from,

He sits in his bubble,

Always fazed by everyone,

With the clicking sound

of high-heeled footsteps

Down the busy sidewalk,

She exudes confidence

With her correct posture

And perfect messy bun,

Her beauty is unmatched,

The kind that intimidates men,

And makes women jealous,

Alone she stays in her bubble,
