Would you still reach out your hand,

As I would reach my charred arm out to you?

Would you drink the poisoned cup

To keep me alive?

For you I would drink a dozen.

Have you thought about what you would do

If I was broken and bleeding on the floor

I would hold your peices together in my arms

If it meant you stayed alive

Does it mean anything to you

When I say I would give my life

Just for you to breathe

If I was stuck in tragedy and did not have the will to leave

Would you stay until I could pick myself up

For you I would a million times over

Would you stay in the trenches with me

Until the overhead fire stopped
