Today my mom got a call.

My cousin was being placed in foster care.

His mother was in custody.

For reasons we did not know.

My cousin’s grandma lied and said he was sick.

“Sick” for a week.

Really in a foster home.

We didn’t know where the baby was.

We thought that she was with the family on her dad’s side.

My cousin didn’t have any other family.

We go a call.

It was much worse.

My aunt was watching the baby.

The back door was unlocked.

She drowned in the pool.

2 baby’s gone.

I felt so bad.

My cousin had lost 2 baby sister within the span of 3 years.

My aunt was arrested.

Aleast the first baby wasn’t her fault.

Or so we think.

I remember.

The baby’s 2nd birthday.

We made a banner for her to see on her 18th birthday.

We made cards for her to see on her 18th birthday.

She won’t ever see them now.

This actually happened to me.

We are trying to get him to come in our care.

He asked for us before he was placed into a foster home.

But since we have no blood relation to him we aren’t the first option.
