Gone

LilaPluto

I buried the body deep in the ground far out of view and far from the town.

No one will find her, or that is my hope. Maybe I should have put her in the moat.

It started out innocent and that was my wish, but true tail can’t be told for forbidden is this.

For now I return to claim all my glories. I pray she won’t be found. Even the dead tell stories....

Don’t Dream

LilaPluto

1 min read

I remember the sun An improable dream Too good to be true I knew I shouldn’t believe

When I realized it was fake I couldn’t stop dreaming But that was a mistake

I let myself look for any sign That it would be true again I let my self find

It was in every smile In every word said It made me belive You were more than a friend

Now know I’m wrong But I’ll never heal Because I let myself think It ...

I saw our love All those years ago Through my looking glass With a little hope And I held your hand And it felt nice I had no doubts I paid the price I met someone And my heart changed And being with you Is now an acting game And now our love Is in the past I see my heart So in half I saw our love...

“Sadie, get up! Confessional interviews start in twenty minutes and I’ve got to get you looking ready to face the camera!”

I awoke with a start. Confessional interviews? I don’t think I have any of those on my todo list today. I think that’s probably better than my actual todo list which consists of writing an essay for my government class, studying for my math test, and reading 100 pages in a bo...

What Could Have Been

LilaPluto

Ada Parsons stepped onto the boat with a large smile on her face. She had long awaited this cruise, wanting to get away from her work and spend some time for herself. The crew took her bags to her room for her, and she rushed straight to the top deck, ready to feel the sun on her face and the wind in her hair.

But then she saw her, Lenore Bowing, a girl who she had left behind years ago. Lenore’s...

The Urge

LilaPluto

2 min read

I’m never invited to parties and I really don’t understand why. I have a pretty large circle of friends and I find it hard to believe that none of them host parties. It’s sad, really, that they would purposely exclude me without a good reason, but sometimes people kind of suck.

That’s why I was pleasantly surprised to receive an invitation to Andy’s birthday bash. It was especially surprising sin...
