no that sounds so sophomoreish or something blah. Let’s start over Dear Diary, I want to introduce you to me, because as my Dear Diary you have agreed to be my secret keeper.

I suppose that’s the first thing I would tell you in person good sir, or madam, that is if I didn’t have to write in code. I have conflicting convoluted thoughts concerning our society and I’m afraid you’re the only one I can tell… You’re also the only one who can’t spill the beans.

See our society is run off of spoiled milk and rotten dreams. Oh, don’t get me wrong we were built with golden dreams in mind. We had golden skyscrapers and wonderful dreams of a brand new land. All the correct words and none of the beautifully gotten scrapes needed in life.

Instead we built a society where convicts unwanted or not hold our secrets. They become the diaries holding in the secrets of how our world runs. Especially because how it is illegal not to write. Better to keep tabs on us they said. Snort I don’t believe it is in our best interests at all Dear Diary. But it’s required and until I find a way to save us from this path full of thorns I’ll have to write. The prompt is *ahem* favorite food. Joy. Like we can actually eat favorite food around here.

That doesn’t sound right, let me start over my favorite food is creamy and soft so comforting too like fluffy white clouds. Varied too, mashed, French fries, wedges, baked, baked twice in a row.. the possibilities are beautiful. The texture can be anything soft, hard, crunchy, even fried! And the smell, well it can smell salty, but mostly it smells devine. And the sound! Well the sound of the ding on the microwave anyway. Sometimes it crinkles and pops, or maybe that’s just the delicious bacon next to it…
