I Hope My Silence Haunts You

You like to start problems,

This I’ve noticed.

And it was hard to see,

I was never closest.

I hear you start problems,

Every moment,

So you’ve taught me,

To keep the gun loaded.

I’ll see you tomorrow,

And I’ll stay focused,

Smile and wave,

And pretend I’m devoted.

But one day when you loose me completely,

I know you’ll feel the coldest.

And most importantly,

I hope silence haunts you,

Louder then my words ever did,

Because you never listened to me,

Because I am a kid.
