WRITING OBSTACLE
Write a story from a character who is so over-dramatic that it is a struggle to understand the tale they're trying to tell you.
Make use of drama and hyperbole, and consider the language used by your character.
Tea
โSooooo, it went like thisโ, he started.
โNo it didnโt, it didnโt even startโ, I step in.
โBut it did, and it was the absolute worstโ, he continued.
I roll my eyes.
โWorst what?โ
โIt was so bad, I wanted my time back, let alone my money!!โ
โReally? What happened this time?โ
โYou wouldnโt believe meโ he says
My eyes feeling heavy, โtry meโ
โThey forgot to put milk in my tea againโ he finished as I decided to headbutt the table.
