After many starnge occurrences with Onyx Thompson as the center of it all, Onyx is sent to school for trouble teens, though Onyx swears they aren’t the blame. When they arrive, the school looks like a regular school on the outside, though on the inside it looks completely different. Magical even. Onyx quickly realizes this school teachers magic and it’s not for trouble teens. Since everyone specializes in one kind of magic, they are split up into groups. Being particularly good at dark types of magic on Onyx is sorted there, along with a few others, including a boy named Samuel. When a strange virus takes over the other type of magic, making them evil, Onyx and the others have to fight to save the school. And the world.
