POEM STARTER
Write a series of five Haiku set at the same event, exploring the five senses: sight, smell, sound, touch, taste.
A Haiku is a form of Japanese poetry, consisting of three lines that generally do not rhyme, with a syllabic structure of 5-7-5.
Save The Streak Sorry Yall
Bright colors that shine,
Dancing with all sorts of light,
Cutting through the dark,
The cigar smoke faint,
Your perfume, smelling of fruit,
And the Grass cut fresh,
With Your hand in mine,
And the grass under our feet,
And a warm blanket,
The taste of your lips,
Mixes with the sweetest treats,
And the taste of joy,
The sound of laughter
Cannons and booming music,
Flowing through the air.
