Awake, my sweet children,

We will try and protect you

For our worlds burdens,

You radiate the vulnerability of life,

And we take care of you through our

sleepless nights,

Stay kind and pure, as we bring you into our world, hoping for a perfect violence cure,

We cherish you, sweet children, if only you awake ,

can we save our world from this climate change mistake,

You are our only hope, help the world survive on what seems like no-one can save us,

Not even the pope,

We must act now, learn from our mistakes, as our children must help our Mother Earth before it’s too late,

Awaken, kind children, you must change our world, for now this generation has destroyed what could be our hidden pearl.
