You don’t know

You don’t realize

The impact you had on me

Both good

And bad

But mostly good

You made me happy

You made me sad

You made me care more

You made me happy when you

Sang and danced with me

While acting crazy

You made me sad when I

Couldn’t cheer you up

No matter what I tried

You made me care more

About you

With each passing day...

The Bedroom

I would sit there cry in the room

Just like the little girl used too

I suffer in silence and nobody listens

But when I met you everything become different the little girl in me came out the happy little girl that I didn’t think existed anymore she met you and stayed no more crying in the room just smiling in the room with you....

Sin City’s Angel

The waters were rising, each shallow breath hurt

A pain of her making, no way to divert

Her mind like a tapestry coming undone

When the enemy came, she’d nowhere to run

The tidal wave washed out the girl from before

Leaving a broken one, haunted by war

A thousand calls went out, ‘please help me,’ she cried

So they gave her some medals and claimed they had tried

But the wildfires were coming, th...

My One and Only

You lit my heart afire

a never ending flame

with a marvelous glow

and its not just for show

My smile when i see you

is genuine and true

and even that terrible haircut

that your mom chose

You're my everything through and through

Your greenish blue eyes

dirty blonde hair

and that ticklish feeling deep in my stomach

that you give me is real

its all real

you asked me to be your one and only

you jok...

All I Know

Twenty four months

I’ve known you for twenty four months

The best months of my life

Because of you

I used to think we belonged together

Forever, infinity, never-ending friendship

That’s what I wanted

And that’s what you gave to me

I liked you more, though

More than a friend

I still do

I don’t know what that means

Who that makes you to me

My soulmate?

I don’t really know what that means...

You Murdered My Soul

You murdered my soul on the gallows of betrayal,

And now I am a mere corpse, breathing but not alive,

A hollow vessel, drained of all vitality.

The absence of my soul, a constant ache,

A phantom pain, a dull and burning discomfort,

A torment that forever will remain,

A wound that bleeds with endless throes.

How could you be so cold and callous,

To rob me of my essence?

Your actions etch anguish...

A Realization Too Late

You’ll always be my maybe

The love that could have been

Haven’t seen you in some time now

But it’s like you’ve never left

Your presence makes it brighter

Our humors intertwine

You taught me how to wonder

You let me see you cry

If only times were different

& I didn’t live so blind

I picture endless laughter

A peaceful love so right

We’re living different lives now

Summer only lasts so long

I’l...

carry me home

darling, do you remember?

the night i found you there

six feet under woodland moss

you were too bloodied to care

i pulled you from the roots

the trees held you as their own

you folded into my calloused hands

i said “my love, we’re going home”

carrying you from the forest

a trail of blood swam on our tail

the pellets beat down on your skin

first signs of a reckoning hail

the years came and went

...

Higher Than A Void Should Dream…

And what love looked like,

was no longer hollow and bleak.

Centuries across the barren lands,

whispering words I dare not speak...

A ripple turned into a tidal wave;

these passionate memories I

will forever save.

The nights have

beckoned me my darkest dreams,

but they are not enough.

I want your touch; I like it rough.

Dripping with animalistic desire.

I long to pull you deep inside, ...

Dear Everyone

Dear Everyone

You don’t know my looks

my eye color

or my hair length

But you know me

You know my story

My inner feelings

My aspirations

My fears

Thank you for accepting me

For liking my heartfelt poems

For reading my works in progress

For commenting on my silly stories

For following me for all of it

It means more than I can ever express

No words, no matter how elaborate

or extensive can say en...
