I Miss My Dog

How far do we have to go to find somewhere else to live? It’s the question that plagued humanity for centuries, even before we were forced off of the earth. Back when we were still worried about global warming, climate change, the ozone layer. Those things don’t matter to us now, not when the planet they existed on was destroyed. I reckon by now, there isn’t a single living thing left, at least, n...

The Unexpected Ship

When I was young, I always thought about were there aliens in the universe? Do we have other life’s on moon? When I grew up, I learned about universe science, and more theory about ufos have heard or seen on the newspaper or the live news, and other archeologists have discovered some ufos pieces have found in the ground, and more skeletons that totally isn’t human were found, and now the world bec...

Giants In My City

A city we buit

Days and says of effort

To get confort from the icy cold

A place to my family

A place of peace it was

Came there orange giants

Shaking up my whole world

Taking away my peace piece by piece

Why

I have no questions what do they need

We have to start again

Desperate to survive in this winter...

The Discovery

My phone rang in the dead of night. The dim gray light broke through the darkness of my bedroom as vibration rattled through my nightstand and my ringtone broke through the silence. I forgot I’d changed it recently, and the sudden tone of the drowning theme from those old “Sonic the Hedgehog” games is certainly one way to be awakened at such early hours. It’s still dark outside.

I rolled over aft...

The Crashed UFO

As I was driving to work I was expecting a normal day. Instead, as I neared the office I realized the office builing was in pieces and in its remains was a UFO. I got out of my car and walked closer to the UFO. I soon saw my boss and other workers inspecting it. As I walked closer to the crashed UFO my boss greeted me and told me , “We are going to try to fix and repair whatever this is.” Then he ...

Protecting

I could feel pain in all of my joints, creaking and groaning in pain, I had chunks missing out of my sides, and I was covered in frost from years of neglect. The little energy I had was spent on anger at the small people in red suits. They had only come here looking for the treasure I was rumored to protect.

One of the people dressed in red pulled out a few sticks the same color as his full body ...

Behind The Camera

A yell reawakened me while I was fiddling with the equipment with practiced scrutiny. I dusted off my breeches and stood up to search the direction I heard the sound. Steam from my mouth fogged any recognition of the men dressed in red, marching around the spotless snow like ants. It was an interesting sight.

Once my breath cleared away, it didn’t take long for me to find the source of the voice....

A Working Man’s Surpise

Being a salvage technician was never a bad job. I’m basically a modern day tow truck driver and that’s why I got into this job. My father and his father were both tow drivers, but since no one’s used cars in the last 30 years I couldn’t carry on the family company. No money in nostalgia.

Instead, I chose to work as a technician who salvages earth space craft. A good job, and it has taught me a l...

Lazarus Falters

Corporal Gio Campbell wipes the fog from the goggles of his military issued BioSuit as he steps out from the Transport shuttle and onto the crash site. Gio, along with the rest of his Combat Cleanup Unit (CCU) will be conducting a clean sweep and investigation of a downed Lunar Star Fighter that crashed 50 miles south of Halcyon City in a remote mountain range at 0100 that same morning.

As Gio an...

Tragedy Strikes The Thundra

It was a normal morning for John John the owner of the local lumber mill in Jeneau Alaska. His dog trigger hopped in the back of his truck at 5 am when he heard a loud explosion about 3 mins drive from his house. He speed down the road but nothing could prepare him for what he saw. “At first glance I thought the glourious colors light cold train smacking into the side of a mountain. Sadly onc...
