My Vision of potential,

Chilling uncertainty,

Does this sun beat my chest?

Brothers and sisters have treasured me. I did not think I was deserving of such celebration and cherishing, and yet to believe I am.

Every day spent with Mwangi, a bearer of joy, with a mind set on curiosity and companionship. As he is caring for his niece, as I play with her hair and make videos, I see the weight of her story written with heavy lead on his heart. It breaks mine.
