WRITING OBSTACLE
Write a story about a wild bachelorette party beginning in media res.
'In media res' refers to starting a story at the chronological middle of the plot. What elements will you need to incorporate to ensure the plot still makes sense?

“Ow, fuck, that hurts!” Blair shrieked.
Celia her an unimpressed look. “No kidding it hurts, dumbass! What made you think needles piercing your skin would feel good?”
Blair glared at Celia from her seat in the tattoo chair.
“I thought the booze would numb me up a bit.” she retorted.
The tattoo artist stopped in his tracks. “Booze? You didn’t tell me you’d been drinking.”
“Yeah, so what? It’s not like that matters.”
“It absolutely matters. Look, I’m really sorry, miss, but I can’t continue this tonight.”
Blair's gave the tattoo artist an incredulous look. “You’re joking, right?”
“No, I’m dead serious. I shouldn’t have even done this much. It’s a strict policy of the shop owner's. Alcohol thins your blood out, which can cause worse bleeding or the tattoo to come out like shit. If you come back in the morning, though, I can finish you up. We open at 9:30.”
“You want me to leave? What the fuck am I supposed to do with a half finished tattoo?” Blair's panickily asked.
“I don’t particularly care, but I would advise against a trip back to the bar." the artist dryly remarked.
He quickly wrapped up what he was doing, taking care to properly bandage and wrap the unfinished design, before all but kicking Celia and Blair out of the shop.
"Well shit, what do we do now?" Blair asked her friend.
"Well I'd say go back to the bar where the rest of your bridal party still is, but Mr. Buzzkill in there shot that idea down." Celia said, not bothering to look up from her phone. After a few more seconds of clicking on her phone, she added, "Never mind, they're not there anymore. According to Morgan's location, they've made their way to a strip club. Or maybe a petting zoo?"
Blair wordlessly shook her head, at a loss for what to do next. When imagining her bachelorette party, which is something she's done more than once, she never quite thought up a scenario where she was standing frozen on the sidewalk with her maid of honor with her impulse tattoo on partially finished.
Celia finally looked up from her phone to see the somewhat stricken look on Blair's face. Her features softened as she said, "Hey, it's alright. The night's not over yet. We'll go find everyone else and keep the party going."
Blair looked at her unconvinced, but Celia pushed on. "Come on, Blair. We're still 2 hours away from midnight, and you've done karaoke, arm wrestled the owner of the bar and won, got free drinks plus wings because of the 5 shots you did right in a row, and impulse got a tattoo. Every bachelorette party we've been to absolutely pales in comparison. This will be a great story in like a month, I promise."
Blair snorted, realizing Celia was right after hearing everything listed out like that.
"Alright, alright." Blair laughed. "Let's go find the rest of our crew. I don't know about a strip club, but I feel like we could have some fun at a petting zoo."
Celia laughed right along with her as she wrapped an arm around Blair's shoulders. "That's the spirit!"
