On May 8, 2025 at 2200 hrs, I was dispatched to the corner of Green Road and Longshed St in reference to a disturbance report. Upon arrival OFC CHARLES and myself met with Charlotte OKINOYE.

She reports that her and her husband DAMIEN NOUR had a pleasant evening and were in bed when NOUR started to cough up blood. She rushed to the kitchen to get him some water, and when she came back he was convulsing on the bed. She immediately called 911 dispatch and reported the situation.

We investigated the house and discovered NOUR lying in the master bedroom, deceased.

Paramedics have taken NOUR to the hospital to get cause and time of death.

There were no witnesses to the incident.
