"Oh my god, that’s creepy," Noor tilts her head at the sight of my niece and nephew, Leah and Ruaan, talking to a robot.

I snicker. "Are you scared?"

"Have you never seen a robot apocalypse movie?" Noor shout whispers.

I laugh. "Oh my god, you’re serious."

The robot turns it’s face to Noor. "Don’t worry. I am not equipped to act on something without my primary user’s consent."

"See? They listen all the time," she show whispers.

"Why did you even agree to come then?" I ask.

"Because," Noor pulls out her phone. "When Reyah heard that your family invited me to come here, she begged me to go so I can take some pictures," she snaps a picture, "Of the robots here for her art GCSE."

"Oh." I nod. Then I frown, "Wait — Reyah? As in Rehan’s sister?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Oh. No reason."

Noor takes some more pictures.

"So, you still talk to him then?"

She nods. "Yeah, why?"

"No reason, no reason."

I fight the urge to roll my eyes. I can’t believe she still talks to that idiot.

I nod and watch her. I remember watching her take pictures for her own art GCSE back in secondary school. She would take pictures of basically everything, Skulls, roses, the sea, the sky, etcetera etcetera. All that work just for an art class.
