Letter From The Wind
I made a paper airplane one breezy day,
Before I folded it though,
I wrote a letter—
To you.
It contains my feelings for you,
No matter how you react towards it,
Even if you end up hating me,
I hope it reaches you.

I was gazing out my window one breezy day,
Waiting for something to happen,
Then a paper airplane,
Landed in my window flower box.
I opened the window and took the plane inside,
It turned out to be a letter,
From my best friend.
I opened it, and read:
_I don’t know how to say this right, but when you’re around, it’s like the wind changes—soft, calm, and somehow everything feels lighter._

_I like you. A lot. Maybe you already knew… maybe not. Just wanted you to hear it from me. I threw this paper airplane towards your house, in hopes of it reaching you. Hopefully it did,_

_As well as my feelings for you._
