Being bored is not so bad

Doesn’t make me sad

I’ll watch TV and use the phone

It’s better than going out alone

Getting hungry, making something to eat

Bacon and eggs on toast

I like that for breakfast

I make it the most

I’m gonna polish my nails, and this time get it right!

Then throw something on

And drive to ShopRite

Maybe I’ll go after the rain

Nah, i’ll call it in. It’s all the same.

They deliver right to your door

Who can ask for anything more?

Eventually, I’ll take a shower

Sprinkle myself with some baby powder

I think I’ll put on something red

go back to bed and rest my head

Being bored is not so bad

I asked for this myself

Clear those cobwebs from your head

Just relax all day in bed

So being bored is not so bad

Don’t play it like a JERK

Cause today is almost over

And tomorrow we have WORK!
