POEM STARTER
Write a simple rhyming poem about starting something new.
Whether it be a job, relationship, or even another poem, consider how rhyme can bolster your poem’s intentions.
The Old Start.
Right back to the old start,
Having fallen apart,
Smaller stones still unturned,
Though that glove has since burned.
Right back to what was done,
Work I’ve done under night’s sun,
Feeling around, in haze,
A quick leisure, a tough maze.
Scattered brain, smashed, soon rebuilt,
Rebranding to feel less guilt,
Seeing it with a cleaned mind,
Not seeing the past as a crime.
Where I once stood with no clue,
I now stare at notes, to do
It all with a correct mind;
I know I won’t fail this time.
Right back to the old start,
And by the end, I’ll be built again.

Im writing this because I’m kinda resetting my life a bit (and I’m planning on reopening my Etsy business with a few changes done, Ive been really busy with that)!!
And I think when I’ll get to 200 followers I’ll go back to writing daily (and I’ll do something else but idk what)
