I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings

I know why the caged bird sings, ’Cause he yearns to use his wings, To soar high in the sky, And to be free and fly.
Author’s Note: I’m total rubbish at poems, but the daily prompt keeps being poems, so I decided to do one.
This was really good. Don’t be too hard on yourself. I used to think I was really bad a poems too. But then I tried to write one, and people supported it. So now I write poems all the time! You’ll get better at it don’t worry.
P.s it doesn’t half to rhyme.
