Pain makes me seek a refuge

Mental Problems
Pain makes me seek a refuge
But where can I go to feel safe
How can I flee from my thoughts
I am unsafe no matter the place
Because the problem is internal
One day I’m ok, the next breaking
Is there any point in staying here?
