STORY STARTER
That old lady always wears a red scarflette around her wrist, today we found out why…
Red
We watch from our porch, as the new neighbor came home
She wheeled her three wheeled cart, while on her phone
Her long black hair, flew in the air on its own with mind
The look in her third eye, as she turned her head was kind
The small cart stopped, right by our front walk way to us
We screamed with delight, as kids do and got on the bus
She our new friend was waiting, as we came home from school
We saw that she wore a red scarflette, on her wrist how cool
The invite was clear in her eyes, as we watched her tell her tales
She talked with her hands, as she undid her scarf with soft wails
There was a third arm, that was hidden underneath her silent wrap
We as kids just sat there, and looked at her with her boney finger snap
There was cookies and candy, and streamers all over the wooden rail
Dogs and cats started dancing in circles, crazy rings on their tail
The endless party started, when she took off her wrap on her arm
Not all new neighbors are strange or bad, just a lot of inner charm
