I was wasting my words on this guy who wasn't listening, and I said, "words are wasted on those who do not listen," while muttering under my breath the words he will not listen to.

"What did you say?" Bermitzki asked.

"Nothing," Quill to Page said with a muttering tone under their breath.

Asking again, Bermitzki asked, "why do you have a muttering tone under your breath?"

"Why are you all up in my business, Bermi—"

The bear they were running from leaps through the window!! It's a brown bear! Gulp! Everybody start RUNNING!!!

Quill to Pen dove under the sofa, crawling out to the door. Meanwhile, Bermitzki froze a second, and considered his options. Would I fight the bear? Maybe he would begin reading about how to safely get away from a bear? How about he runs already?

The brown bear, which had been rummaging through their garabage just the other day and had a honey bun wraper stuck to its teeth, toppled over the fruinutiture to get to Bermitzki!

"AHH! There's a bear's gonna get me, watch out! I need to run away from this beast; it's getting closer!! Oh no, I gotta get out of here! I'll leave through the front door, oh no wait, perhaps the back. But there is a window near; I can use that!"

The bear continues to approach. Quickly.

"Oh goodness me, I've been wasting my words on the bear that doesn't listen to the suspense I'm building. Okay, now I just gotta go. Wait. Did I leave the oven on? Cause I just made that baked honey glazed salmon, which might've attracted this bear—No Bermitzki, stay focused."

The bear knocked over the last chair between him and the last 45 feet away from the bear.

"Woah! Okay, I think I'll run then! And maybe I can use the hot tub escape hatch."

But, it was too late for Bermitzki. Sadly, the bear got past him to the honey glazed salmon. All the entrees were gone. Bermitzki was sad because he got this honey glazed salmon at half price at walmart the other day since it was about to go bad.

Remember, don't waste your words on those who don't listen, especially bears or like a cat or someone who doesn't listen at all.
