WRITING OBSTACLE
Inspired by Jewelie Rain
A couple go to their respective best friends for advice on the same thing.
Create a dual-perspective narrative showing their different conversations.

Of her? Yes
‘Well what happened, happened. Nothing could have been done. You should be grateful that it happened not that it is over.’ It feels like a part of my heart got torn out and every where I look I see a ghost, a door that cannot be opened.
‘What was it like to love so deeply?’

‘You should not be hung up over him. Move on, there are plenty of other fish in the sea.’
I think I have forgotten how to laugh. It’s been so long.
‘hey, if you need anything, I am always here for you.’

‘Well why can’t you go back?’
I messed up. He won’t take me back.
I messed up. She won’t take me back.
