POEM STARTER
In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.
Write a poem ending with this line.
Consequences And Regret.
I could’ve felt alive,
I could’ve been fine,
I was given the opportunity,
Of a lifetime.
I could’ve been saved,
Mended, but played,
By the worries in my head,
And the choices they made.
I could’ve trusted,
I could’ve loved,
Could’ve held the hand,
Of what could be a dove.
But I suppose in the end,
We only regret the chances,
We didn’t take.
