WRITING OBSTACLE

Write a dialogue of one season taking over from the previous. What might they need to discuss or prepare?
Winter
I hate this part of the year. I don’t want the children to complain when I come around. I don’t want the adults to say “sorry it’s too cold today.” It’s just mean. The only good thing that happens with me is Christmas! Are you kidding me! But here I am about to take over from my good friend autumn to go give the people a “lovely” surprise! Yay.
Summer gave me the lecture about remaining positive about changes. Blah blah blah people love the aesthetic blah blah it’s necessary. I felt like screaming can’t someone else be winter but no I stayed silent, obedient, perfect in the eyes of summer.
Because that was all that matters in the end. Being perfect for summer. Giving everyone a season to hate just so that summer can shine even brighter. Such main character syndrome that girl. Not everything revolves around you! Stop hogging the sun, the warmth, EVERYTHING! Calm down winter it’s not summers fault it’s really sciences when you think about it. Just stand on the pedestal, just stand on the pedestal it’s not that hard. One foot after the other and don’t trip.
I stand on the pedestal and everything goes cold. Ridiculously cold.
