How can I write now?

You tell me that’s too vivid

This scene is too morbid

These characters are too dark

“_You’re a fantasy writer, your characters don’t have to be THAT realistic_”

But they do

My goal in writing is to touch a readers heart

And a perfect life isnt going to do that

We need characters who are just as broken as us

We need stories that are just as tired as ours

So I write the stories I think people need to read

Characters who hate themselves

Families that have secrets

Heros who never feel like they are enough

Villains who never wanted to be this way

Love that is hopeless

Hate that is unfounded

Good people who don’t get what they deserve

But if you notice

At the end of every story

The ones who survive

Find what they needed

Hope

Strength

A family

A life

No matter how broken

It is theirs

And though the ending isn’t perfect

My stories were always meant

To show people they aren’t _ALONE_
