STORY STARTER
Your character manages to travel to the end of a rainbow, but instead of a pot of gold, they find…
Fairytale Or Not
_“You sound like a five year old trying to convince their parents fairies are real.”_ Orion says placing his empty coffee cup down and looking at Candy, seeing her frustrated face.
They sat across from each other on a small couch next to a wall with a huge window to view the morning streets activity and the huge rainbow shining across the town.
_“Ugh, look I know pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is just fairytale, but if you manage to get these materials and place it on the rainbow it should work.“ _She says leaning slightly on the table as she shows Orion her phone full of items on the screen. But, when she views Orion face her annoyance grew.
Orion was holding back a laugh, as he couldn’t believe what he was hearing. _“I think you’ve read to many fairytales.”_ He barely manages to say as he covers his mouth to not show his visible crackle.
Before Candy could say anything Orion gets up. “How about this, I’ll watch you do your little trick just so I can see your disappointed face and say I told you so.” Orion says as he grabs his bag and walks out toward the front door.
Candy was surprised by Orion’s response, but then she realizes something. “ w-wait! We still haven’t paid the check!” Candy yells out.
Orion looks back at Candy with a small smirk, “We?” He says before opening the glass door and leaving the coffee shop.
Candy was speechless but more annoyed as she chugs her juice and rushes to the front desk where she pays the check and rushes out.

They are next to the rainbow, as close as they can get. Orion lets out a yawn, waiting for this to be over.
While, Candy had the items already prepared. She does as the website instructs her to do, but when she does the last step. Nothing happens.
“Told you-“, Orion says before cutting himself off, as he suddenly can see the Rainbow more clearer.
Candy gets closer and she lifts her hand out and manages to actually touch the rainbow. Then she looks back at Orion with a proud smirk.
“Don’t even say it.” Orion says knowing what Candy had in mind.
They begin to walk on the rainbow and despite the high heights they were at on the top of the rainbow they manage to slide down the other side, reaching the bottom.
“WHAT! Where the goldd!?” Candy questions when there was no pot of gold, or any at all. But a vase shines in gold with a bright blue crescent on the middle.
Candy sees the item and walks to reach it but Orion stops her.
“Don’t you know what that is?” Orion says his eyes glued on the vase touching the grass.
Candy seemed slight confused,” of course I know what that is! That’s the motherload of richness!”
“No, it’s something else entirely.” Orion says as he walks toward and grabs the base, he examines it looking at each detail. Then he begins to rub the base with his hand.
Suddenly, a red smoke appears causing Orion and Candy to cough.
“Well well well, as your reward for freeing this great old genie I will grant you THREE wishes!”
The smoke starts to lift and Orion and Candy stare at the genie, still processing what just happened.
“We just found ourselves in a fairytale…” Orion manages to mutter out staring at the floating magical genie he’s only heard in books and movies.
