A Crybin is a variation of an Italian sonnet, with the rhyme structure ABBA CDDC EFG EFG.

Inclusion At Woodstock

A thousand voices rose beneath the warm sunshine,

Each note a thread that stitched the broken seams.

They came with shattered hopes and fragile dreams,

Yet found in music a way to have sometime.

The grass was holy ground, no walls, no name,

Where all people of different abilities could meet.

No gate kept out the weary or the sweet,

They all belonged, and none were marked by shame.

A blind girl sang her heart out,

A man with no arms strummed his guitar.

A rock band had began to shout—

A world reborn with every musical note,

Where voices blended—mine became your mine,

As we all danced underneath the bright sun.
