Speechless
“You have to move out of my bedroom!” my brother Kyle said. I was nothing short of enraged. “You know I have nightmares!” I said. “About what? About enlarged pizzas with bananas as cheese!” My face turned red. “Those are legit phobias! I have pepperluciophobia,” I replied defensively. He just rolled his eyes. That made me jump right of the swing. “Are you serious right now!?” I said. “Duh…” he replied casually dribbling his soccer ball. I started panic swinging, it’s when I swing really fast because I’m freaking out about something. This time it’s about sleeping alone. When we get home Kyle starts moving my stuff out of his bedroom. “I thought you were joking!” I yelled from across the hall. He laughed- that dismissive tone made my blood boil. While he was at practice I methodically took everything, from my gaming chair to the mattress. I even took the toilet paper and towels. I could barely wait for him to come home, my chest was bubbling with excitement. When he finally stepped through the door I could barely contain my laughter. I had to stuff my fist in my mouth. I barely caught Jake mumble, “weird psycho kid.” I watched in enticement while he walked down the hallway. “WHERE IS ALL THE STUFF!” Then he stepped on my gift- a mix of peanut butter and glue. One mess he couldn’t clean. “I just took my stuff to my new room I said, blinking at him innocently. And for the first time- he didn’t have anything to say
