There is loud screaming in my head

Blaringly exceedingly painful

The anxiety is being fed

How do I get this to be reined in

No, stop, don’t do it, don’t be dead

Why do I do this to me, can’t stop

I hear it over and over said

And it keeps bouncing around my ears

All this worrying must be shed

Everything is going to be fine.
