The Weather of Your Words
Clouds cover the skies, rain pulls at your eyes, but nothing hurts as much as little words turned lies
Wind ruffles the trees, pushing around the bees, and you can’t help but feel the sting from the breeze
Lighting hits you fast, every syllable hitting you with a blast, and you wonder how long will this pain can last
But soon as time flies by, and you realize you didn’t die, from the hurt that made you cry
Now here I am, after your words and syllables slammed, and finally I just don’t give a damn.
