Serene Sounds of Solitude
solitude so sublime
sings the spirited swallow
amused and feeling loose
the trees sway to the news
echoed though the park
by the sweet summer breeze
rare glimpse of solitude
raves the rhapsodic robin
weaving psychedelic patterns
wind its only companion
feathers outstretched with glee
floats unperturbed by the swings
fȇte of solitude
flaps the fainéant finch
lazy days fickle and cinch
languid passing of time
idling coolly, feeling sublime
on a sunny summer day
