People are fucking obsessed with their horns.
BEEEEEP. BEEEEEEEEEEP!
As if their noise is going to unclog
the highway arteries
and get things flowing freely again.
It’s not.
Pathways are filled with heart disease,
Sludge that abuses its right to operate
a machine that honks.
Rushing to wait, hoping
a cacophony will bring peace.
