STORY STARTER

Hazel🌻

Nothing and no one here is sacred, safe or sane.

Use this line to set the scene for your story.

Was It My Fault?

“Was it my fault?”

Asked the mini skirt.

“No,” said the sweatpants and sweatshirt,

“It happened to me too.”

“Was it something I did?”

Asked the leggings and crop top.

“No,” said the school uniform.

“I didn’t even know him.”

“What if we were both drunk?”

Asked the cocktail dress.

“That’s not an excuse”

Said the prom dress.

“What if I just froze?”

Asked the bikini.

“It’s fight, flight, or freeze.

Not just fight or flight.”

Said the one piece.

“What if I said yes at first,

Then changed my mind?”

The prom dress then asked.

“Then they should have stopped,”

Said the Amish dress.

“What if I did not report right away?”

Asked the cardigan.

“It still happened, whether you report it or not.”

Said the high heels.

“What if I flirted?”

Asked the lace bra.

“So what?” said the winter coat,

“It’s still not your fault.”

“What if I didn’t fight?”

Asked the pajamas.

“You did what you had to

To survive.”

Said the overalls.

“Did I not scream loud enough?”

Asked the shorts.

“It doesn’t matter if you screamed at all,”

Said the stockings.

“Was it my fault?”

Asked the chador.

“No,” said the mini skirt.

“It happened to me too.”

“Was it something I said?”

Asked the t-shirt and jeans.

The diaper in the corner could not even talk yet.
