POEM STARTER

‘If desires are a flame, then I am a wildfire.’
Use this line to inspire a poem or short story.
Desire
Desire can come from everywhere
What if no desire is wrong?
Can a desire be justified?
You desire me, not getting into heaven.
I desire you burning.
She desires to bleach you
He desires for her to be skinner
A wife desires to not be trapped in a unhappy marriage, disconnected with life, her soul slowly dying
A husband desires to be brain dead, anything better than his unpleasant looking wife he gets into bed with every night.
A dog desires to eat chocolate
A fish desires a gasp of air
Ice desires to be steam.
A sunflower desires being plucked
Ozepmic desires to be pared with alcohol
Am I the one to say desires are wrong?
No, I’m not.
“Cause if desires are a flame, then I’m a wildfire”
However…
Your desires will always be at your fingertips.
But always just. Out. Of. Reach.
