Family is not a choice. You have who you have and you always will. Sometimes I wish I had it different. Sometimes I think it would be better that way.

Pepole always tell me that they love going home and hearing the joyful voices of their family. They tell me that they would never want to be anywhere else but with the pepole they love. I, however, disagree.

I believe that family’s are looting. They take from you and don’t feel the need to apologize. Whenever I’m with them it feels incapable.

I simply just wish that we could pick and chose. But as I pass the big oak in the front yard and suck in a breath. I think that today is the day I can change my wickid ways. Convert my thoughts and make them new.

I step in through the door with intentions of telling them all I can’t stay lone even though my whole weekend is free. Then I see there smiles.
