When Fog Settles Above The Widow
The visibility is lacking The thick fog hovering in front of me I can’t see where I’m going Or where I have left My mind is grief stricken And it’s hazy, not knowing what to do next I’m sad and angry But I want to go somewhere Do something to take my mind off of it That’s hard when and I can’t see what journey lies ahead Or where I was last to compare But I know when I do reach the destination I pray the fog is drawn away by light
