Graves
Beams of light guide our eyes
So much potential in the light
Rays spent to make flowers grow
Flowers that leave their day sold
Man was given a path of gold
We bit the fruit that brought the fire
Sold by temptation and evil desire
God gave the bridge and we cut the wire
Blind our mind with small pills
Dark the skies with metal shells
Cast them out for their look
Keep our sins in the nook
We waste the days the sun has given
Blame the sky when smiles are missing
Torch the bridge that for us was made
Leave it to man to dig their graves
