Quite all around me other than the sound of the stream that is next to me.

I am at pure peace as I allow my fingers feel the pressure of the water beside me.

I sit there, meditate, and talk to the Earth.

A smile brighter than the sun smirks from within me.

I shed a tear as my soul flows towards another dimension.

When my soul is grounded back to Earth and attached to my body, I slowly get up and walk among the trees.

I hear them whisper loving words to me.

I hug this magnificent moss tree that was beside me.

A splinter within my finger couldn’t feel more like home to me.

I get back to my car calmer than I have been in a few weeks.

Nothing is more freeing than a hike alone within a forest surrounded by streams.
