WRITING OBSTACLE
Write a love letter to something in nature.
Affection directed towards nature is a frequent theme in poetry, so now try making it much more literal! The letter doesn't have to be written as a poem, but you could use poetic devices to make it feel more romantic.
Earth
Rocks
Shine in the salty sea
So uniquely pretty
Clicking and clacking apon eachother.
Soil
Moist and warm
Soft and squishy
So lovely to lay in deep dark soil.
Sea
Salty winds crashing and thrashing
The taste and smell
The showers after a nice salty beach day of exhaustion and exploring.
Trees
The cluttery sparkles of the leaves touching another in the wind
As they dance
Snails.
They’re pretty cool :)
