Droughts Of Dreams
Dreams,
The passage to the mind,
The darkness in my life.
Nightmares,
The horror of the soul,
All I’ve ever known.
Dreams are normal.
Nightmares too.
But too much of one
Is a drought for you.
I’ve only had nightmares,
So nothing scares me.
But dreams,
Dreams are different.
They show fun and laughter.
Nightmares show you fears,
I have no fears.
I guess all of my nightmares
Have turned into dreams.
Goodnight.
Sleep tight.
If you have a nightmare,
Make it a dream.
No fears,
No scare.
Do this everywhere.
