POEM STARTER

“Clouds cover the skies, rain pulls at your eyes,
but nothing hurts as much as little words turned lies'
Use this stanza as either part of, or inspiration for a poem.
United States (trigger warning)
The tears rolling down their faces as they are forced into the trucks.
The government doesn’t give two fucks.
The clouds pouring over the city, cars being swept away and people being drowned.
The government turned around.
You said you would help the country, Trump.
“Make America Great Again”? Nothing you do is great you fucking donut.
Everything you said was a lie.
You will be the reason I die.
You’re the reason people are forced away.
They just wanted to escape the pain.
All you are is a dictator.
All the little things you said was a lie.
Clouds cover the skies, rain pulls at your eyes, but nothing hurts us as much as your little lies.
