“Not again…” I groaned. “just because I have wings and am partnered up with Mr.Floppy, and the weird eyeless shadow thing under the bed, doesn’t mean that I get all the responsibility when Timmy goes missing.” I ranted to my boss. “You’re his guardian angel, it’s your responsibility,” he replied calmly. “Well I don’t wanna be his guardian angel, you don’t have to go chasing after a missing child on your days off!” *sigh* “fine I’m leaving.” I snapped my fingers and spawned into Timmy’s empty bedroom. “Hi Mr.Floppy, greetings weird shadow guy, we gotta find Timmy again.” They both sighed. “At least you get paid for this,” Mr. Floppy said. “It’s not worth it though,” I tried to argue. “Let’s get a move on,” the shadow guy rasped. First we searched the entire house. Then I flew over the neighborhood to try and spot him, but turns out the monster shadow installed a tracker on Timmy. “You couldn’t have mentioned that before I flew over a 20 mile town!!!” I burst out. “Yeah….” So we ended up finding Timmy, and for the next week I became invisible and monitored his every breath until I got lazy. But at least now we have a tracker. “Yay!”
