WRITING OBSTACLE
Personify your favourite song into a character.
How you choose to do this is up to you; it may help to feature some of the language used in the song, or to think about the tone and meaning of it.
Blue — Yung Kai
Her bare feet crashed against the sand.
Thé folds of her shimmery deep blue dress draped as she twirled. As deep as the night sky. As shimmery as the stars.
The moonlight kissed her bare skin— glowing and flawless.
Her curls danced against her shoulders. The shoulders she wished to be once held.
Her eyes carried the beauty of a million stars.
She dipped her ankles in the waves hugging the shore. Just the way she wished to be hugged.
Cold and blissful. That’s how she felt.
Salty air kissed her face and danced through her face, carrying the unsung tune of her love.
She lifted her mesmerizing eyes to the sky. Constellations spilled across it like glitter. Perhaps one night among the stars, she’d find him.
She was never meant to stay. Like the final note of a song, she lingered—then faded.
