Pete came back home and set his scythe down. Today was a long day. He transitioned ten people today; most were ready but one put up a fight. The narcissists always do. It wasn’t his issue anymore. The contract was clear- he just had to drop them off at the main gate.

Anywho, it was the weekend and that meant no work for three whole days! Pete’s time off always involved the same things. He couldn’t really have friends. It was hard not to scare the world when you wear a dark robe and carry a scythe. But there was one place he could be himself. The internet, baby!

Pete turned his Xbox one and did a little dance when he heard the jingle. He loaded his favorite game -call of duty. Pete felt like he always missed out on the fun in real life. His contract specified he had to show up after all the action was done. But, not here! Here, he was on a team and could chase people down. He could kill and be killed at leisure. This is what life was all about.
