WRITING OBSTACLE

If there was an 8th deadly sin, what would it be?

Write a descriptive paragraph about this sin.

Happiness (s.o Albert Camus)

The 8th deadly sin would come to light later than the rest. After seeing how this world turned out, The God above us or maybe even our own pitiful selves would crown it and give it some meaning. Then, it would sweep the earth like his seven brothers had already. Assuming that sins were male. They could have red hair, or maybe even blonde. Their eyes would be blue or a plain hazel, and their noses huge and curved.

Yet, the 8th sin would be different. It probably wouldn't even be human. Then, when it showed itself to the world, we would finally recognize it for what it was. Happiness. As humans are always seeking Happiness from someplace outside of themselves, and those that are genuinely happy are often regarded to as ignorant, evil, or foolish.

It is a real sin to be happy in a miserable world.
